The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
On this website reCAPTCHA is not loaded when you merely open the page or scroll: it is loaded only once you actively start filling in the contact form. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (provider: Vercel Inc.) to evaluate the usage and loading performance of our website in aggregated form. These services operate without cookies and without building individual user profiles; no data is collected that would allow individual visitors to be identified.
